1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through https://fillamoon.com, operated under the trade name FILLAMOON.

Full information about the seller, including the legal name, tax identification number, business address and contact details, is available in our Legal Notice.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

2. Products

FILLAMOON designs and manufactures 3D-printed decorative objects, wall puzzles, accessories and related products.

Product descriptions, available colours, materials, dimensions, prices and included items are shown on the relevant product pages.

Because of the nature of 3D printing, products may exhibit minor variations in surface texture, layer patterns or colour compared with digital renders and photographs.

These natural production variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product does not match the agreed description or applicable conformity requirements.

Products are intended for the purposes stated in their descriptions. Relevant safety information, age restrictions or warnings will be provided where applicable.

3. Prices and Charges

Product and delivery prices are displayed in euros (EUR).

All displayed prices include any value added tax (VAT) applicable to the transaction. VAT is not added on top of the advertised prices at checkout.

The product price, applicable discounts, delivery charge and total payable amount are shown before payment is confirmed.

FILLAMOON may change prices at any time. A later price change does not affect an order already accepted.

Promotional offers and discounts are subject to their published eligibility conditions.

4. Digital Products and Downloads

A product identified as a digital version supplies downloadable 3D-printing files and does not include a physical product, filament or printing service.

The product page states the supplied formats, included files, known printer and slicer compatibility, recommended settings and any relevant technical requirements. Printing results depend on the customer's equipment, calibration, materials and conditions.

Unless a product page states otherwise, each supplied archive may be downloaded up to five times independently during the 14 days following successful fulfillment. Downloading one archive does not reduce the allowance for another. Customers should save a local copy before access expires and may contact FILLAMOON to request renewed access at no additional cost.

Digital models are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Purchasing a download does not transfer copyright or ownership. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, publicly uploaded, commercially printed or supplied to a third party for printing.

Nothing in the digital license or download limits restricts mandatory rights concerning digital content that does not conform to the contract. Contact [email protected] if supplied files are inaccessible, incomplete or materially different from their description.

5. Ordering Process

To place an order:

• Select a product and the available options, such as colour or material.
• Add the product to the cart and review the selected products and quantities.
• Select an available delivery method.
• Proceed to Stripe Checkout and enter the requested contact, billing and shipping information.
• Review the final products, discounts, delivery charge and total before confirming payment.

You can review and correct checkout information before submitting payment.

The checkout process and contract information are currently provided in English.

Submitting payment creates an order request. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, FILLAMOON will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.

6. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary by device, location and payment provider.

FILLAMOON does not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

An order is processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed. If payment fails, is declined or remains incomplete, the order will not proceed.

7. Product Availability and Production

Some products may be manufactured after an order is placed. Production time depends on product complexity, selected materials and current capacity.

Where applicable, available production or delivery estimates are shown before purchase. Estimates are not a guarantee unless a delivery date has been expressly agreed.

If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, FILLAMOON will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution, including a refund where required.

Manufacturing a standard catalogue product after an order is placed does not by itself make that product legally personalised.

8. Shipping and Delivery

FILLAMOON currently accepts orders for delivery within Spain. Available destinations, delivery methods, charges and estimates are shown before payment.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the contract is concluded.

If delivery cannot be completed within the agreed period, the customer will be informed and the remedies required by applicable law will remain available.

FILLAMOON remains responsible for the goods until the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Please contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

For goods, the period generally begins when the customer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, receives the goods. Special timing rules apply when one order is delivered in separate shipments.

To exercise this right, notify FILLAMOON clearly before the withdrawal period expires using the contact details in our Legal Notice.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised for them where the legal requirements for that exception are met.

Choosing a standard colour, material or catalogue variant does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.

An optional model withdrawal form is available in our Returns & Refunds Policy. You may use any other clear statement to exercise the right within the applicable deadline.

10. Returns and Refunds

After notifying FILLAMOON of withdrawal, return the relevant goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notification, unless otherwise agreed.

For ordinary withdrawals, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, provided this obligation was disclosed before purchase. Returns of defective or non-conforming products are handled without charge where required by law.

Eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery where required by law, will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after FILLAMOON is informed of the withdrawal.

FILLAMOON may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or the customer supplies evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are made through the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.

The customer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Defective, damaged or non-conforming goods are handled separately under applicable consumer-protection law. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for current instructions.

11. Immediate Digital Delivery and Withdrawal

Before purchasing paid digital content for immediate delivery, you must expressly consent to supply beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply begins.

The consent checkbox is not preselected. The order confirmation and digital-delivery email confirm the acknowledgement on a durable medium.

Loss of the withdrawal right does not affect mandatory remedies where digital content does not conform to the contract.

12. Legal Guarantee

Products sold by FILLAMOON to consumers are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer-protection law.

For new physical goods, the seller is generally responsible for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years from delivery.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Statutory remedies are provided without charge where required by law.

Normal wear, accidental damage or improper use are not automatically treated as defects existing at delivery. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory guarantee rights.

13. Cancellations and Order Changes

Contact FILLAMOON as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before production or dispatch makes a change impracticable.

An accepted change may affect production and delivery estimates. This section does not limit statutory withdrawal rights or other mandatory consumer protections.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, original FILLAMOON product designs, photographs, logos, graphics, descriptions and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in its design.

Unauthorised commercial reproduction or distribution of protected designs is prohibited except where permitted by law.

15. Liability

FILLAMOON is responsible for fulfilling its contractual obligations in accordance with applicable law.

We are not responsible for interruptions or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Spanish or European Union law.

16. Personal Data

Personal data collected during ordering is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its applicable privacy and security practices.

17. Customer Support and Complaints

For questions, order issues, returns or complaints, contact [email protected]. Include the order reference and a description of the issue where relevant.

We aim to address complaints promptly. Customers retain the right to contact competent consumer-protection authorities and use dispute-resolution procedures available under applicable law.

18. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union legislation.

Disputes will be handled by the courts determined under applicable law. Consumers retain the benefit of mandatory jurisdiction rules intended to protect them.

19. Changes to These Terms

FILLAMOON may update these Terms to reflect changes in business operations, legislation or website functionality.

The version applicable to an order is the version in force when the relevant contract is concluded. Updates do not retroactively alter an existing contract without a valid legal basis.
