Digital Model License

1. License Grant

FILLAMOON grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and use the purchased digital model files strictly for personal, non-commercial 3D printing.

The purchase does not transfer copyright, design rights, ownership or any other intellectual-property rights in the files or underlying designs.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Print copies of the model for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Keep reasonable backup copies of the files for your own use.
• Adjust slicer and print settings as needed for your own equipment.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, transfer or publicly upload the files or modified versions of them.
• Sell printed items, use printed items commercially or otherwise use the models for commercial purposes.
• Provide the files to another person or printing service for printing.
• Use modified, converted or derivative files to avoid these restrictions.
• Remove copyright, license or other rights notices included with the files.

4. Printing and Compatibility

Printing results vary with equipment, calibration, filament, slicer settings and environmental conditions. Compatibility and estimates stated on the product page describe the tested or prepared configurations and are not guarantees of identical results on every printer.

This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights where supplied digital content does not conform to the contract.

5. Termination

The license ends if you materially breach its terms. When it ends, you must stop using the files and delete copies in your possession, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
